Job Description

• Mechanical Engineer or Food Scientist.

• Should have excellent knowledge of HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Global GAP (Good Agricultural Practices).

• Certifications on Halal Meat Slaughtering.

• Should have knowledge of full meat carcass, red/green/white offal, hide etc.

• Should have knowledge of prime meat cuts (as per Australian, European standards).

• Business acumen and financial management knowledge
