So, with the transforming business needs the recruitment world has also changed with a perception of taking competency as the key of shortlisting process and a successful career. Isn’t it sounds good? We actually urge for perfection once it comes to shortlisting a profile to ultimately prove our competency as a recruiter. But what about justifying competency like yeah it’s a really good profile as the candidate has this much of experience with such market giants? Hold on! Is it really what matters? See, what actually matters is that your shortlisting should speak for itself in alignment with the requirement so as your work should. This conclusion becomes louder when I step ahead with my working in diversified domains of recruitment with a mix of outputs.
A recruiter looks for perfection but overlooks the requirement which increases the burden and ultimately creates overhead working. Look for the relevance and you can rely on the results.
